• Destruction of Private Property
• More Violent Criminals
• Increased Prison Population
• Attacks From Drug Cartels
• Mexican Military Attacking Border Patrol Agents

Our current policies are failing

• Murderers Go Free
• Drug Traffickers Are Given Immunity And Agents Are Imprisoned
• Foreign Troops Frequently Cross Our Borders

• Despite overwhelming opposition from the public both parties have refused to protect our border and have continued to push for amnesty
• Both parties have pushed for a European style merger of nations here in the America's, that some have coined, "North American Union".
• This has been shown through this Mexican trucking program which would allow Mexican trucks full access to our highways.

• REAL ID - This program will turn your drivers license into a national ID card but would do little to deter illegal immigrants.

• More border agents and allow them to do their jobs
  The Constitution clearly says that the federal governments job is to repel invasion, military or otherwise.
• Gradually eliminate the welfare state
  As a nation we need to attract those who are willing to work hard, contributors to society, and not those who just want to live off the forced charity of working Americans.
• Eliminate foreign aid
  By giving foreign aid to other countries we help corrupt regimes stay in power. Many of these oppressed people seek to find a better life in our country. If we did not support these regimes they would either have to improve or fail.
• Enforce existing immigration laws

Anyone can point out the obvious problems, but it takes a leader to solve them. As one of Utah's voice in the United States Senate, I give my solemn oath to work tirelessly to ensure the Federal government fulfills its constitutional duties to protect our border from the invasion we now face. To investigate and expose those working to undermine our nations independence, and craft legislation that protects our borders and our liberty.
